Job Summary (List Format) – Senior Salesforce CPQ Configurator

- Lead the functional design and implementation of the organization's Quote-to-Cash environment.
- Serve as the primary architect for product catalog, pricing structures, and quoting logic in Salesforce CPQ.
- Design and maintain complex product bundles, including nested bundles, agile options, and configuration attributes.
- Build and optimize price rules, discount schedules, and summary variables for advanced pricing requirements (e.g., volume pricing, tiered discounts, multi-currency).
- Create and manage guided selling prompts and product selection rules to ensure accurate quoting.
- Utilize Salesforce Flow to automate processes related to opportunities, contracts, and renewals.
- Design and maintain professional quote templates using advanced template styling and content management.
- Implement and manage advanced approvals, including parallel and complex approval chains.




- Perform complex data loads and migrations of CPQ configuration objects while maintaining relational integrity.
- Clean, format, and transform pricing and product data using Excel or Google Sheets before Salesforce import.
- Export and report on quote and line-item data to support finance and sales teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, focusing on configuration-first approaches over custom coding.
- Manage data governance and migration of CPQ configuration data across environments.
- Audit and optimize existing CPQ instance to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex pricing and validation issues within Salesforce CPQ.
- Design sophisticated Salesforce Flows to automate and enhance CPQ processes.
- Overlap at least 4 hours with US EST work hours and work from office 5 days a week at Bangalore – Manyata Tech Park.
