We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Supervisor to oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction site safety, legal compliance, and proactive risk mitigation to ensure a safe work environment for all staff, laborers, and contractors.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce safety protocols at construction sites.

- Develop and implement safety plans in alignment with the BOCW Act, RERA, and local municipal rules.

- Conduct risk assessments and site safety audits regularly.

- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and periodic HSE training for workers and supervisors.

- Investigate and report near-misses, incidents, and accidents using RCA (Root Cause Analysis).





- Maintain safety documentation including checklists, logs, training records, and inspection reports.

- Ensure contractors and vendors adhere to site safety SOPs.

- Support fire safety and emergency preparedness drills.

- Liaise with PMC, RERA, labor inspectors, and external auditors during site visits.

- Implement best practices aligned with ISO 45001 and/or OHSAS 18001.

? Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in site safety within real estate or infrastructure projects.

- Certified in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / Diploma in Safety Management (Preferred).

- Solid knowledge of BOCW Act, Factories Act, and relevant safety codes.
