Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure compliance with technical specifications, ensuring zero-defect, high-quality finishes.
- Chemical/Parameter Management: Monitor chemical concentration (titration), maintain tank parameters, and manage chemical stocks.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce environmental and safety regulations regarding hazardous materials and waste storage.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train operators on proper techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain production logs, maintenance records, and quality reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years in surface treatment, painting,



or chemical processing plants.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electroplating, plating, chemical etching
- Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, understanding chemical compositions, and using quality testing tools.
- Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP software like SAP.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
