Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Should know and be aware of product information and understand customer needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory.
- Arrange and clean crates to maintain store organization.
- Follow store policies and health and safety guidelines.
- Deliver orders to customers using a bike.
- A plus if capable of driving a car for deliveries.
- Maintain delivery records and ensure accurate handling of orders.
- Perform basic computer tasks in Excel and Word for inventory or sales tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have a bike and a valid driving license.
- Ability to read and write in English (Beginner or Intermediate level).
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.




- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and carry products as needed.
- Plus points: Knowledge of driving a car and basic Excel & Word skills.
