Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare MEP BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Review and verify contractor/vendor bills, measurements, and certifications.
- Conduct rate analysis, cost comparison sheets, and support procurement in finalizing vendors.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and site teams for accurate quantity measurements.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage control, and cost variance.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial evaluations.
- Maintain updated records of drawings, variations, and MEP-related cost impacts.
- Identify and evaluate change orders / variations and prepare corresponding documentation.
- Participate in site inspections to verify executed works and ensure alignment with project standards.
- Provide inputs for budget planning, billing schedules, and project cost reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards for MEP works.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience as an MEP QS in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.
- Good understanding of tendering, contracts, and billing processes.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
