Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients for pending payments.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including ledgers,



accounts payable/receivable, and general entries.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory filings (GST, TDS, EPF, etc.).
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and cost management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho books, QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
