About the Role

We are seeking a qualified insurance professional to serve as our Insurance Sales Associatefor our India operations. This person will also be designated as the Specified Person for the company. This is a statutory designation role required under the IRDAI Corporate Agents Regulations. The primary responsibilities include serving as the named Specified Person and soliciting, procuring and servicing insurance policies on behalf of the company.

Core Responsibilities

1. Insurance Solicitation & Policy Servicing

a.



Solicit and procure insurance business on behalf of the company in accordance with IRDAI Regulations.

b. Provide clear and accurate explanations of coverage details, limits, exclusions, and requirements to company staff, customers and internal stakeholders.

c. Provide ongoing support to customers with policy issuance, premium reminders, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, corrections and claims process.

d. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes through continuous learning and training.

2. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

a. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required under IRDAI Regulations.

b. Provide all regulatory returns, reports, and disclosures to the Compliance Officer and report on any regulatory compliance and issues.

c. Immediately escalate customer grievances and insurance partners issues to the concerned company staff.
