Rotational Shift
- Coordinate end-to-end patient journeys including treatment planning, travel, accommodation, and post-treatment care.
- Liaise with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to gather medical opinions, cost estimates, and treatment plans.
- Facilitate visa documentation, medical records, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain and update patient records, service contracts, and billing information.
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws and international healthcare regulations.
- Assist with translation services and culturally appropriate communication (if applicable).
- Provide personalized concierge services including airport pickup, hotel bookings, local transport, and interpreters.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment for feedback, satisfaction, and continuity of care.
- Support marketing and business development efforts by identifying new markets or partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Tourism, Business Administration,



or related field.
- 2+ years experience in medical tourism, healthcare coordination, or customer service.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills (multilingual is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Familiarity with international healthcare systems and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
