Job Description Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Material Expediting:
- Track and expedite material delivery schedules for CSA packages.




- Monitor material movement from vendors to site and resolve delays proactively.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for priority handling of critical items.

Vendor Coordination:
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to expedite material shipments.
- Resolve delays and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Maintain solid relationships with suppliers for timely resolution of challenges.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of material status and prepare expediting reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly expediting reports for project management and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation for material approvals and certifications.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Verify that delivered materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and semiconductor industry norms.
- Support inspection teams
