Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Officer to manage and execute day-to-day production activities in a chemical/API manufacturing plant. The role involves handling batch operations, supervising shop-floor activities, ensuring cGMP compliance, and achieving production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise chemical/API production batches as per BMR/BPR and SOPs.
- Operate and monitor plant equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, distillation units, and filtration systems.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and company quality standards.
- Monitor critical process parameters and take corrective actions.
- Handle raw material charging, reactions, work-ups, isolations, and packing.
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and logbooks.
- Coordinate with QC, QA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
- Support process validation, scale-up, and technology transfer activities.




- Handle deviations, change controls, and incident reporting.
- Train and guide operators and contract manpower.
- Ensure housekeeping, 5S, and audit readiness at all times.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of production experience in a chemical or API manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of unit operations and chemical/API processes.
- Hands-on exposure to batch processing and plant operations.
- Good understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Experience in handling reactors (GLR/SSR), centrifuges, ANFD, vacuum tray dryers, and distillation columns.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹258,337.07 - ₹400,000.00 per year
