Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and databases
- Attend inbound calls and handle customer queries professionally
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads accordingly
- Explain basic project/property details and offerings
- Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into qualified leads
