Position: Powder Coating / Pretreatment Operator (1 Position)

Job Purpose

To carry out chemical pretreatment and powder coating process correctly to ensure good paint adhesion, corrosion resistance, and quality finish on panels and sheet-metal parts.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate pretreatment tanks: degreasing, water rinsing, de-rusting, activation, phosphating, passivation.
- Maintain correct temperature, chemical points, and dip time for each tank.
- Check and record bath parameters (temperature, points, time).
- Ensure proper water rinsing between chemical stages to avoid contamination.
- Perform drying before powder coating.
- Ensure uniform coating thickness (DFT).
- Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain housekeeping.
- Inform supervisor if any abnormality is observed in bath or coating.




- Support quality inspection and rework if required.

Skills & Knowledge Required
- Basic knowledge of powder coating process
- Understanding of pretreatment sequence
- Ability to check temperature and chemical points
- Awareness of paint defects (peeling, blistering, rust)
- Basic safety awareness

Experience / Qualification
- ITI / Diploma preferred (not mandatory)
- 1-3 years experience in powder coating or pretreatment line

- Production Supervisor / Quality Engineer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,510.94 - ₹29,443.24 per month
