Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical plant machinery such as reactors, distillation units, mixers, boilers, pumps, and compressors.
- Follow SOPs for batch and continuous process operations.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, and chemical parameters.
- Handle raw materials, chemicals, and finished products safely.
- Perform routine equipment checks and minor troubleshooting.
- Maintain log sheets, batch records, and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (EHS) guidelines.
- Coordinate with maintenance, QC, and production teams.
- Support shutdown, startup, and emergency operations.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the plant.

Mandatory Skills & Experience




- ITI certification in AOCP.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a chemical / process industry.
- Knowledge of chemical plant operations and safety practices.
- Familiarity with pumps, reactors, pipelines, valves, and control instruments.
- Understanding of MSDS, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
