You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and DevOps to deliver high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a scalable UI component library / design system.
- Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and review processes.
- Architect reusable patterns for:
- Guide team in implementing up-to-date UI frameworks and tools.
- Ensure UI quality standards across:




- Collaborate with UX to convert design into scalable UI structure.
- Improve build/deployment pipelines for frontend:
- Mentor developers and lead technical discussions.

Must Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in React.js:
- Strong command on TypeScript:
- Deep understanding of:
- Experience with State Management:
- Strong knowledge of frontend security:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles

Good to Have:
- Experience building Design Systems using:
- Experience with Micro Frontends / Module Federation
- Knowledge of SSR frameworks:
- Experience with automated testing:
- Basic DevOps exposure:
