Key Responsibilities
- Work Planning: Plan the next day’s work schedule in advance, including material and labor requirements.
- Stock Management: Maintain a precise register of all materials (Cement, Sand, Chips, Rods, etc.). Ensure no wastage or theft occurs.
- Labor Management: Record daily attendance for labors and mistris. Supervise their work to ensure quality and speed.
- Machine Handling: Oversee the operation and maintenance of onsite machinery (Mixers, Vibrators, etc.) and manage fuel (Diesel/Petrol) logs.
- Reporting: Submit a Daily Progress Report (DPR) detailing work completed, materials used, and labor count.
- Logistics: Coordinate the timely delivery of products required at the site to ensure work never stops.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in Civil Construction (experience in Dams, Canals, or Irrigation projects is highly preferred).

Important Terms of Employment
- Commitment: This is a time-bound 3-month project.



We require a supervisor who will stay until completion.
- Salary Policy: Monthly salary will be paid, with 7-15 days of salary kept in hand (as security) to ensure project continuity and prevent sudden departure.
- Accommodations: Basic site stay and essentials will be provided.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read civil drawings and calculate material quantities.
- Leadership: Must be able to handle local labor issues and maintain discipline on site.
- Residency: Must be willing to stay at the site camp for the duration of the project.
- Integrity: High level of honesty in managing fuel, stocks, and labor payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
