Job Summary

The Executive - GeM Portal & Government Tenders will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end government procurement process, including GeM portal operations and tender participation across various platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail,



compliance knowledge, cross-functional coordination, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage GeM Portal registration, profile maintenance, and product/service listings
- Regularly track and monitor GeM bids, tenders, and purchase orders
- Prepare, upload, and submit bids, quotations, BOQs, and tender documents
- Ensure strict compliance with tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and timelines
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics, and compliance teams for bid execution
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, clarifications, and awarded orders
- Follow up on bid status, buyer communications, and post-bid clarifications
- Handle post-order activities including contract documentation, invoicing support, and dispatch coordination
- Ensure adherence to all government procurement norms, GeM policies, and statutory guidelines
