Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesLabelling Operations
- Ensure correct labelling of bottles as per SKU, batch, MRP, and compliance norms
- Verify label accuracy (product name, MRP, batch no., expiry, barcode)
- Supervise labelling staff and maintain daily output records
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of labelling machines

Dispatch & Logistics
- Manage daily dispatch planning as per orders
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics team
- Ensure correct quantity, SKU, and packaging before dispatch
- Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, challan, e-way bill support)
- Track outbound shipments and report delays if any

Stock & Documentation
- Maintain dispatch and labelling records
- Coordinate with store team for FG stock availability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dispatch area
- Support inventory verification and audits

Quality & Compliance




- Follow FSSAI and company quality standards
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices
- Report any damage, mismatch, or quality issue immediately

Team Handling
- Supervise helpers and labelling staff
- Ensure discipline, hygiene, and safety practices
- Train recent staff on labelling and dispatch SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-6 years experience in FMCG / Beverage / Food industry
- Knowledge of labelling, dispatch, and warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of Excel / registers
- Understanding of batch, expiry, and FIFO
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Experience in beverage or food manufacturing
- Knowledge of compliance and packaging standard

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
