Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Factory Supervisor,



you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet quality and output targets.
- Managing material inward (receiving) and material outward (dispatch) processes efficiently.
- Monitoring workflow, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Ensuring equipment and machinery are operated safely and maintained properly.
- Enforcing quality control standards and compliance with safety policies.
- Training, guiding and evaluating the performance of factory staff.
- Reporting production performance, issues, and improvements to management.
- Troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining production records and documentation.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory or manufacturing supervision role
Age 22-45 years
Fluent English communicat
