About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Register eligible patients under the Ayushman Bharat PMJAY scheme.
- Verify patient eligibility using government portals.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and Ayushman helpdesk for smooth approvals.
- Maintain and upload accurate documentation and records on the PMJAY portal.
- Assist patients and families in understanding the scheme and its benefits.
- Ensure daily reporting and follow-up of approved and pending cases.
- Work closely with billing, TPA, and administration teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with government portals.
- Prior experience in hospital billing/TPA/Ayushman desk.
- Solid communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Empathetic, patient-centric attitude.
