Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Meet clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Prepare concept designs, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Review and approve construction documents and materials
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Manage project timelines and resolve design or construction issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Solid creative, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and project management abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices

Work Environment:
- Combination of office-based design work and on-site supervision

Experience:
- 2-3 years
