Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing coordination, documentation, customer communication, and internal follow-ups. The role ensures smooth execution of sales processes, timely order fulfillment, and effective coordination between sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and execution
- Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices
- Track sales targets and prepare regular MIS reports
- Maintain sales data, customer records, and order status

Customer Communication
- Act as a point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and payments
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation and documentation

Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory availability for sales planning

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain sales contracts,



agreements, and supporting documents
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Support audits and management reviews with accurate data

Payment & Follow-Ups
- Assist in payment follow-ups with customers
- Coordinate with accounts team for invoice status and outstanding dues

Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic understanding of sales processes

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred)

Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
- Experience in manufacturing / trading / B2B sales is an advantage
