Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
- Design and analyze surveys, experiments, and observational studies
- Develop predictive and explanatory models using statistical tools
- Interpret results and translate findings into actionable insights
- Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, operations, management)
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Robust knowledge of statistical methods and probability theory
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SPSS, SAS, STATA, or Excel)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, etc.)
- Understanding of databases and data management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
