Job Summary

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to employees, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, routers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC support.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic system security practices.
- Maintain IT inventory records (systems, accessories, licenses).
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities related to IT assets and access.
- Assist in basic server, firewall, and antivirus management (if applicable).




- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and user issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely support.

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹34,239.12 per month
