Job Summary

We are hiring an energetic and customer-friendly Store Cashier & QSR Front Desk Executive to manage billing, operate the coffee station, serve heat-and-serve food items, and ensure excellent customer experience across the convenience store and QSR counter.

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & POS Operations
- Operate POS system for store & QSR billing
- Accept payments via cash, UPI, cards, wallets
- Generate accurate bills
- Perform shift-wise cash reconciliation

2. QSR & Coffee Station Operations
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages using machines/manual setup
- Heat & serve items such as sandwiches, wraps, puffs, burgers, pastries, pizzas, momos, nuggets, etc.:
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and serving guidelines
- Ensure correct order preparation and timely service

3. Food Safety & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, microwave, OTG, hot plates, and counters
- Follow FSSAI hygiene standards, food handling, and personal cleanliness
- Monitor product temperatures and shelf life
- Dispose expired or damaged items as per SOP

Customer Service
- Greet customers and take food/beverage orders confidently
- Suggest add-ons, combos, and promotions (upselling)
- Handle customer feedback politely and resolve basic issues

5. Store Front Desk & Operations
- Maintain cleanliness around billing & QSR area
- Ensure impulse products are well displayed near counter
- Coordinate with backend staff for refilling beverages & food items
- Assist in opening/closing procedures of store & QSR

6. Inventory & Reporting Support
- Track daily usage of coffee, milk, cups, food items
- Inform supervisor about low stock
- Maintain basic logs for wastage and sales

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass (Hotel Management / Retail background preferred)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems & digital payments:
