ETP (Effluent), STP (Sewage), and WTP (Water) Plant Operators monitor, operate, and maintain treatment systems, ensuring water quality meets standards by running pumps/equipment, testing samples (pH, TDS), managing chemical dosing, performing routine maintenance (cleaning screens, backwashing filters), troubleshooting issues, and meticulously recording all operational data to comply with environmental regulations. Core Responsibilities
- Operation & Monitoring: Start/stop pumps, blowers, valves; control flow rates; oversee screens, aerators, and control systems (PLC/SCADA).
- Water Quality: Collect and test water/effluent samples for parameters like pH, TDS, hardness; adjust chemical dosing (hypo, nutrients).
- Maintenance: Perform routine tasks like cleaning screens, backwashing filters, lubricating equipment, and basic repairs.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve operational issues, respond to alarms, and handle equipment breakdowns.
- Documentation:



Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports on plant performance, maintenance, and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to environmental, safety, and local regulatory standards.

Key Activities
- Process Control: Adjusting chemical dosages and operational parameters for optimal treatment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Daily checks for abnormal noise, vibrations, or wear on machinery.
- Record Keeping: Updating logbooks with data and observations.
- Coordination: Working with maintenance teams for complex repairs and management for resources.
- Safety: Following safety protocols and keeping the plant area clean and hazard-free.

Minimum Experience - 2 years

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
