Banking Customer Support Executive (Pre-Sales)

We are looking for a Banking Customer Support Executive (Pre-Sales) to handle customer interactions and support pre-sales activities by explaining banking products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking products
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information
- Explain features, benefits, and eligibility of banking services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain customer records and follow up for conversions

Requirements:
- UG and Graduate in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in customer support / pre-sales / banking preferred
- Must be fluent in spoken Hindi and English:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
