About the Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, driven Social Media Marketing Lead based in India to partner directly with the CEO in building a content marketing operation from the ground up. This isn't just a job—it's a chance to build something. You'll lead social media strategy and content creation for multiple US-based businesses, starting with a home improvement company (Jane's Exteriors) and an IT consulting firm (NEIT).

The vision is big: a full content marketing "farm" serving multiple verticals—home improvement, real estate, IT/Salesforce consulting, and potentially more. But we start with basic steps, learn together, and grow together.

What You'll Do
- Lead social media strategyfor Jane's Exteriors (home improvement/roofing/exteriors) and NEIT (IT consulting)
- Create and execute content calendarsacross Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube




- Develop "mini-series" style contentfollowing home improvement projects from problem reveal to transformation—think "This Old House" meets TikTok
- Coordinate video editing and clipping(either doing it yourself or managing freelancers) to flood socials with 20-30 clips per project
- Work with AI tools (Claude)to develop storylines, content frameworks, and repeatable templates
- Partner directly with the CEOon strategy, with creative freedom to experiment and learn what works
- Build toward leading a teamas we scale—this role grows with you

For Jane's Exteriors:
- "Who is Jane?" personality and founder story content (30%)
- Satisfying before/after transformations and time-lapses (30%)
- Homeowner education—"3 signs your gutters need attention," seasonal tips (25%)
- Behind-the-scenes, real talk, and crew appreciation (15%)

For NEIT:
- B2B thought leadership content for Salesforce development and process improvement
- Case studies and client success stories
- Six Sigma and methodology-focused e
