The Role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive (Female) who thrives on discipline, excellence, and the challenge of working within a structured, high-standards environment. Your goal is to provide world-class service while ensuring every internal process is followed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advisory: Guide guests through our collections with high EQ, acting as a trusted consultant on purity, design, and value.
- SOP Discipline: Rigorously follow daily Operating Procedures—including stock management, CRM updates, and billing accuracy.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual targets through consistent, professional client follow-ups.
- Showroom Stewardship: Maintain an immaculate display environment,



ensuring the "Babulal Standard" is visible in every detail.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with our veteran team members to ensure a seamless blend of traditional trust and modern efficiency.

Who You Are
- Experience:1+ year in Jewellery or Luxury Retail.:
- The "Humbly Ambitious" Mindset: You are hungry to sell and grow, but you respect established systems and are willing to learn from the experts already on the floor.
- Process-Oriented: You believe that a great business is built on "boring" consistency (cleanliness, documentation, and routine).
- Communicator: Polished, skilled, and capable of explaining technical details (gold rates, purity, labour) clearly to diverse clients.
