The Project Executive will handle client interactions, vendor coordination, project monitoring, and documentation. They will work closely with clients from the US, UK, Canada, and India, ensuring successful project conversions and execution.

Client Management:
- Take and manage meetings with clients from the US, UK, Canada, and India.
- Handle bidding processes and project negotiations.
- Finalize IDs and cost approvals from clients.

Vendor Management:
- Set up and manage vendor accounts.
- Conduct telephonic discussions with vendors and coordinate project requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain vendor-related records.

Project Execution:
- Monitor and ensure project conversions.
- Set up projects on KPro’s in-house tools and platforms.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for project delivery and completion.
- Maintain accurate and updated project data and reports.

Data and Report Management:
- Create and update various Excel sheets, including:
- Business performance sheets.
- Vendor performance records (monthly work counts).




- In-house sample generation records.
- Client profit and vendor expense sheets.
- Analyze and report on business performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, MBA, MCA, BBA, B.Tech, M.Tech,
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools or platforms.
- Personal Attributes:
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
