Nirnayan Health Care Pvt Ltd, Kolkata is urgently looking for Business Development Associate for Patna Location

Job Overview:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving growth by developing referral networks, managing corporate and doctor tie-ups, increasing patient footfall, and expanding the Pathology centres presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for pathology services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities (CMEs, health camps, awareness programs, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze local market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with operations and lab teams to ensure excellent customer service and turnaround time.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Manage promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, and local brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and local regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:




- Graduate / MBA (preferably in Marketing, Healthcare, or Life Sciences).
- Required Experience: 03 yrs to 04 yrs
- Prior experience in Diagnostic centers, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Hospitals, or healthcare marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.

Note: Selected Associate need to travel to other states for Business Development Purpose as per requirement

Compensation:
- CTC offered: Rs 30,000 - Rs 40,000 /month (based on experience)
- Other perks: Travel allowance + Mobile reimbursement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
