Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct computer classes for children, adolescents, and youth at the community center
- Teach basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, and digital skills
- Support learners in using computers for education, communication, and employability
- Maintain discipline, attendance records, and basic progress tracking of learners
- Ensure proper use and care of computer lab equipment
- Coordinate with the E-Community Program team for scheduling and reporting
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or equivalent qualification with computer knowledge
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications preferred
- Basic teaching or training experience (NGO/community experience is an advantage)
- Ability to work patiently with first-generation learners
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred)
Working Conditions
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month (fixed)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: E-Community Center (Pithampur)
