Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiters (both freshers and experienced professionals) to market our IT consultants to US clients and vendors. This role involves sourcing job requirements, marketing bench consultants, negotiating rates, and closing placements in the US IT staffing market.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommon Responsibilities (Freshers & Experienced)
- Market IT bench consultants (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT) to US vendors and clients
- Submit consultant profiles to job portals and vendor requirements
- Communicate with vendors regarding requirements, submissions, and feedback
- Coordinate interviews and assist in placement and onboarding
- Maintain daily activity reports, submissions, and follow-ups
- Update and manage consultant resumes, availability, and rates
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, MSPs, and direct clients:
- Negotiate bill rates,



contract terms, and closure conditions
- Handle end-to-end bench sales cycle independently
- Mentor and guide fresher bench sales recruiters
- Generate new vendor contacts and business opportunities

Required Skills & QualificationsFor Freshers
- Any graduate or MBA (HR, Marketing, or Sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn US IT staffing and bench sales process
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or sales is an advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
- 1-6 years of experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing:
- Strong understanding of US visa types and hiring models
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
- Proven track record of placements and vendor management
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of contract types (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Experience working with MSP
