Responsibilities and Duties




- Assist with month-end close, including preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Perform Loan Revenue Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Allocate invoices to appropriate cost centers with a high degree of precision.
- Manage and manipulate large data sets for review and upload.
- Upload financial and operational data into Loan Vision.
- Reconcile discrepancies between NetSuite and Loan Vision.
- Review accounting data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
- Provide general support for basic accounting functions, including GL support, data entry, and documentation.
- Support internal and external audit requests as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; internship experience considered.
