Field Sales Activities
- Visit assigned dealers / customers as per route plan
- Develop new dealers and customers in assigned territory
- Generate enquiries and convert them into orders
- Promote company products and capabilities
- Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups

Order & Collection Responsibilities
- Book orders as per company policy
- Follow up for timely payments and collections
- Coordinate with office for dispatch and order status
- Ensure credit discipline as instructed

Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily work report to Sales Supervisor (WhatsApp / simple format)
- Report:
- Customers visited
- Orders booked
- Collections done
- Issues faced
- Next day plan
- Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and office team

Territory

Indore, Pithampur, Dhar, Dewas, and nearby areas
(Local travel only)
- 2 to 5 years experience in field sales:
- Preferably from:




- Auto spare parts
- Industrial products
- Hardware / bearings / steel-related sales

Skills & Requirements
- Comfortable with daily field visits:
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Disciplined in reporting and work routine
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, calls)
