Role Overview
We’re looking for a performance-driven Content Writer who understands how content impacts reach, engagement, and conversions. This role is ideal for someone who can write scripts that stop the scroll, sell the message, and drive action, especially across paid and inorganic growth channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Write high-converting scripts for reels, short-form videos, paid ads, explainer videos, and performance campaigns.
- Craft strong hooks, headlines, CTAs, and angles optimized for attention and conversion.
- Develop scripts for Meta, Google, and YouTube ad creatives, with a clear focus on inorganic growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, performance,



and creative teams to align scripts with campaign objectives and ROI goals.
- Adapt messaging into multiple formats and tones (fun, emotional, educational, persuasive).
- Research audience behavior, content trends, and competitor creatives to produce scroll-stopping content.
- Ensure scripts are optimized for paid social platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc).
- Work closely with video editors and designers to ensure scripts translate effectively into visuals.
- Continuously refine scripts based on performance insights and feedback.
- Organic content/ blogs/ Articles that are SEO optimized.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience writing scripts for reels, shorts, ads, or performance video content.
- Strong understanding of paid social content and how copy impacts performance.
- Ability to write short, punchy, conversion-focused content.
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR,
