Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from potential patients
- Explain hair transplant procedures, pricing & offers clearly
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups
- Maintain patient data and call records
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
- Pleasant phone etiquette and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel is a plus)
- Experience in healthcare/clinic telecalling preferred (freshers can apply)
