The Role: Messaging Architect

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of messaging administrators, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high standards of operational excellence.
- Serve as a key technical point of contact for clients,



providing exceptional customer service and clear communication on messaging-related projects, requirements, and issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal development, infrastructure, and business teams, acting as the lead technical consultant to help design and deliver integrated messaging solutions.
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure messaging solutions to meet business and technology requirements.
- Champion FinOps principles within the messaging domain, taking ownership of cloud cost management and optimization. This includes analyzing spend, forecasting budget needs, and architecting solutions that balance performance, resilience, and financial efficiency.
- Oversee and implement robust messaging security using SSL/TLS, including the full lifecycle of certificate management.
- Serve as the hands-on technical expert for the configuration, optimization, and deployment of middleware messaging services across Windows and Linux server env
