- Assess vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs needed and ensure accurate documentation.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure all repairs and operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards.
- Manage resources (parts, tools, manpower) effectively to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.
- Supervise a team of mechanics and drivers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize future breakdowns.
