Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth project execution.
- Oversee structural works including RCC, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting activities.
- Ensure project activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and material requirements.
- Prepare and review work schedules, progress reports, and bar charts.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at site.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and project communications with clients and consultants.
- Support billing, measurement, and certification processes.
- Identify risks, resolve site issues, and support timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Proven experience in project coordination and residential building construction.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering and RCC execution.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BOQs.
- Good knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Solid coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).

Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-rise residential projects.
- Knowledge of project planning, cost control, and billing.
- Exposure to local authority approvals and compliance processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
