We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with information on our products and services
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the products we offer is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team
