Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, structured, and comprehensive lessons in English Language and English Literature for Classes VIII to XII.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic objectives.
- Prepare students for school examinations, board examinations, and other academic assessments.




- Provide remedial and enrichment support to students requiring additional assistance with challenging topics.
- Use innovative teaching strategies, including digital tools, discussions, presentations, and interactive activities, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records, including assignments, tests, and evaluations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related discipline (B.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in English at the middle or senior school level (Classes VIII-XII).
- Strong command over English grammar, writing formats, comprehension, and literature.
- Experience in preparing students for CBSE / ICSE or equivalent board examinations.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and up-to-date educational technologies.
