Role Description The Sr.

Manager

Execution is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution for infrastructure works at the Vagra site in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes planning and supervising construction activities, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Sr.

Manager

Execution coordinates with engineering, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth project progress.



The role also involves preparing and reviewing execution plans, progress reports, and resource deployment plans, while driving productivity, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement on site. The position requires active stakeholder management, including interaction with clients, consultants, and internal leadership to achieve project milestones and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

- Strong project execution and site management skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring large infrastructure or EPC projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction methodologies, quality control, safety management, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring site teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and resolving operational issues.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on timely delivery and cost control.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and client and consultant interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; a postgraduate qualification in construction management or project management is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in marine, industrial structures, surface transport, rail & metro, or similar heavy infrastructure segments will be beneficial.
