Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
- Build and enhance distributed systems using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks.
- Manage project dependencies and build processes using Maven.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Automate application deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning using Chef and Ansible.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS Cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.




- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards, security, and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and streaming solutions.
- Proficiency in Maven for build and dependency management.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD implementation.
- Experience in configuration management and deployment automation using Chef and/or Ansible.
- Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Valuable understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Grafana, or Splunk.
- AWS certification is an added advantage.
