Senior Interior Designer – Key Responsibilities

- Develop concepts, space planning, layouts and design presentations.
- Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections and furniture layouts.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.




- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design quality and execution.
- Resolve design and technical issues during execution.
- Guide junior designers and coordinate with estimation/procurement teams.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in commercial/workplace interiors and fit-outs.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials and execution.
- Excellent client coordination and presentation skills.
- AutoCAD & SketchUp – Mandatory
- Photoshop, PowerPoint, Revit/3ds Max/Enscape – Preferred.
