What You'll Do
- Build the Frontend: Design and develop stunning, user-friendly interfaces using React and
Next.js.
- Write Clean Code: Craft efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code using TypeScript.
- Write testing automation scripts: Write unit tests, integration and end to end test cases and
automation scripts.
- Master CSS Frameworks: Leverage Tailwind CSS to rapidly style components.
- API integrations:
- Backend API integrations
- Third-party API integrations like WhatsApp Business API to let users keep their WhatsApp
communication in sync with the CRM.
- Email and calendar API integrations to unify all communication channels.
- LLM integrations to process data and perform meaningful automations to increase
productivity.
- Work with Postgres and Supabase:
Manage data, storage, and authentication.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our CEO and CTO to define product vision and
architecture.
- Mentor and Lead: Guide and inspire junior team members as we grow.
What You'll Need
- Proven Experience: 6-8 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on
frontend technologies.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep understanding of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Testing Automation suits: Deep understanding of testing automation suits like jest or
Cypress.
- CSS Expertise: Proficiency in CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex problems into smaller, actionable
tasks.
- Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in emerging technologies and best practices.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Skills:
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: Node.js, Nest.js, supabase, firebase
- Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Version Control: Git, bitbucket, github
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing (Jest/Cypress)
- Project Management: Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- AI and Machine Learning: Understanding of LLM models and their applications
