Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Executive – IT Infrastructure & System Support to manage and support IT infrastructure, network operations, and end-user services across our Pune office and branch locations in India. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and technical troubleshooting.

This role requires ownership of day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure support, incident management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, global IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & End-User Support

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, network, infrastructure, and connectivity-related issues.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations for Pune GCC and branch offices across India.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, peripherals, and business applications.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining high user satisfaction.

Network & Security Management

- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Support VPN, SD-WAN, network security solutions, and secure remote access.
- Perform infrastructure health checks, preventive maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimization.




- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability management, patching, compliance, and endpoint security initiatives.

Microsoft & Endpoint Administration

- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
- Manage endpoint compliance, device policies, user access, and software deployments.
- Support application installations, upgrades, and endpoint lifecycle management.

IT Operations & Projects

- Manage incidents, escalations, root cause analysis (RCA), and service improvements.
- Support infrastructure deployments, office expansions, migrations, system upgrades, and new site implementations.
- Maintain IT assets, software inventory, technical documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for support, maintenance, and project execution.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to IT security policies, access control standards, backup requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Support IT audits, cybersecurity assessments, and remediation activities.
- Act as the IT SPOC for assigned locations and business functions.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Hardware, Software, and Technical Troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
- Knowledge of Endpoint Security, Patch Management,



and Vulnerability Management.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
- Strong understanding of Incident, Change, Problem, and SLA Management.
- Experience in Infrastructure Deployments, Migrations, Upgrades, and New Site Setups.
- Exposure to PowerShell scripting and IT Automation will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in the relevant field
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Azure, Intune, Cisco Meraki, Security, or equivalent Infrastructure certifications.

Additional requirements:

The selected candidate must be willing to travel regularly to branch locations across India as required for IT support, infrastructure maintenance, project implementation, and site-related activities.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo a mandatory 1-week training program in Mumbai as part of the onboarding process.

Candidates applying for this role should be comfortable with both domestic travel and onsite support responsibilities.
