Role Description The Sr Executive role at Kesari Tours Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Executive will handle day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating tour packages, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate booking and documentation. The role involves working closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to support smooth tour execution and maintain high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring tour performance, preparing reports, assisting in resolving guest issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and internal teams.
- Proficiency in travel operations and coordination, including booking procedures, documentation, scheduling, and tour management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with clarity in written and verbal communication and the ability to present information effectively.
- Organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and office tools; experience with travel or booking software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry, preferably in an executive or senior executive capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, with a flexible approach to working hours based on business needs.
