Job Responsibilities:

1. Performing the analysis of In-process samples, Raw material samples, Re-test samples Finished product samples.

2. Responsible for Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures related to Quality Control department.

3. Responsible for the preparation of Specifications and Method of analysis.

4. Standardization of Control samples.

5. Responsible for initiation of Change control related to Quality control department.

6. Preparation of Analytical Method validation protocols and reports.

7. Operating all the instruments in Quality Control laboratory.

8. Performing Instrument qualification and instrument calibration according to the schedule.

9. Responsible for following the GLP in the Quality Control laboratory.

10. Review of all the Quality control related documents.

11. Maintaining all the certificates related to glassware used in the Quality control laboratory.

12. Regular checks to ensure whether the Chemicals that are to be used in the Quality control laboratory are within the expiry date.

13. Standardization of working standards against CRMs. & maintaining the register as well .
