Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Engineer with strong hands-on experience in embedded firmware, microcontroller-based product development, hardware software integration, debugging, and validation. The candidate should be capable of owning product development from requirements and design through testing and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C/C++.
- Work with 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers, preferably STM32, ARM Cortex-M, PIC, or equivalent.
- Develop and debug interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, RS232, RS485, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Perform board bring-up, schematic review, hardware–firmware integration, and system-level debugging.
- Develop prototypes/POCs and support new product development and feature upgrades.
- Define and execute verification & validation test cases.
- Troubleshoot hardware/firmware issues using oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, and debugging tools.
- Support BOM preparation, component selection/alternates, ECN implementation, and manufacturing/testing activities.




- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
- Take technical ownership, conduct design/code reviews, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/ECE/Electrical/Embedded Systems

Experience & Skills:

- Robust Embedded C/C++ programming
- STM32 / ARM Cortex-M / PIC or similar MCU platforms
- UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232/RS485, Ethernet
- Firmware development, flashing, and debugging
- Board-level debugging and schematic understanding
- Hardware–firmware integration
- Product verification and validation
- Tools such as STM32CubeMX, Keil, MPLAB/MPLAB X, Altium or equivalent

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

- Ether CAT / Industrial communication protocols
- NFC/RFID and RF module integration
- BLDC motor control, sensors, actuators, and load-cell interfacing
- Medical-device or industrial product development experience
- RTOS and bootloader/firmware upgrade experience
