:

Education: Diploma / BE in Electrical or Mechanical.

Experience: Minimum 4 to 8 years, with the ability to independently manage customer handling.

Preference: Candidates with prior experience in automotive switch manufacturing.

Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Manage final quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Independently handle customer communication, feedback, and issue resolution.

Conduct product audits, inspections, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

Maintain quality documentation and reports for customer reference.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in the quality process.

Required Skills
